We come out, listen to what you want, look at the site, and talk through what's possible. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation about your project.

Design & Estimate
We draw up the plan, spec out the materials, and give you a straight number. No mystery line items or change-order surprises mid-build.

Build
We show up on time, keep the site clean, and build it the way it was drawn. If something unexpected comes up, we tell you immediately.

Walkthrough
When it's done, we walk it with you. We won't call a job complete until you're satisfied with every detail.

Josh Griffith
Master Carpenter · Founder
Josh has spent over twenty years in the trade — starting as a carpenter's apprentice and earning his Master Carpenter certification through years of work on custom homes, large additions, and finish carpentry that had to be perfect. He founded Josiah Construction in 2016 with one rule: build it the way you'd build it for yourself.
Every project at Josiah Construction is led by Josh personally. That means the person who gives you the estimate is the same person managing your build from day one — not a salesperson who hands you off to a crew you've never met.

A small, tight crew of experienced carpenters and tradespeople who Josh knows personally and trusts completely. No strangers on your property.
